Dexter star Brando Eaton is suing a prop company for an incident on set while on the show Miami Medical.
He was playing a character who was to be shocked with a cardiac defibrillator, but it was not a prop - it was the real thing!
Since it was a "real working device," the defibrillator sent real electrical charges through his body when it was applied to his chest during the scene.
Eaton claims he was rushed to the hospital and needed "treatment and counseling for the anxiety, flashbacks and apprehension from this incident" in its aftermath.
The actor believes he could have been killed and hopes the prop company will give him ca$h to make amends.
