Michael Bay is gearing up to host the fourth annual Big Game Big Give event on Super Bowl Saturday Night, and we bet he's EXCITED!!

The PAR-TAY will be held at a historic venue in New Orleans, and is an exclusive invite-only bash with over 400 celebs, entrepreneurs and athletes attending.

The Pearl Harbor director hosted this event two years ago, and because he lovvvvved it so much the first time, he wanted to entertain it again!

Hopefully he can top his last function because it was voted the #1 party of Super Bowl XLIV. But as long as he keeps his surprise musical artist in the lineup of the blowout, we're sure he's gonna make this another night to remember!!
