Adopting A Dog Brought Michael Emerson And Carrie Preston Back Together

Filming LOST kept married actors Michael Emerson and Carrie Preston apart for the better part of four and a half years.

Emerson (a.k.a Benjamin Linus) needed to be on location in Hawaii, while Preston stayed in New York City.

When LOST ended Carrie expands that a little pooch, named Chumley, helped the couple get back into to swing of things,

"To be in a situation where we were with each other pretty much every day for a long time, we realize how much we miss that, and we got a dog and that really brought us together. It's just been a very lovely time."

The True Blood star said her husband's is glad to be working from NYC now, so he can be closer to her Chumley. Preston said:

"He's been really wanting to spend time with me and Chumley. It is exciting because he's shooting a show in our primary residency, New York City. That's our home base."

But Chumley doesn't always stay in NYC, he seems to follow Michael around across the country because we see him walking his dog around West Hollywood all the time!

And The Female Lead For J.J. Abrams' New CBS Pilot Is…

jj abrams casts female lead for cbs pilot

Evangeline Lilly again! JK!

While we all miss Lost's Kate Austen terribly, she will NOT be starring in J.J. Abrams' new CBS pilot Person of Interest.

Abrams has cast The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson as Carter, a female detective.

The show is about "an ex-CIA agent who is recruited by a crazy billionaire to help fight crime in New York City."

And for those of you who are mad about the false Lost-related announcement, don't worry! Michael "Ben" Emerson is confirmed for the show as well.

Are U intrigued by J.J. Abrams' new CBS pilot?

Locke & Linus Reunite! Lost Creator Pitching New Show Starring Lostie Faves!

The entire Lost fan base just gasped in joyous unison!

Sources are reporting that earlier last week, J.J. Abrams, the brilliant mind behind Lost, brought some buddies with him to pitch a new show to networks about two former black-ops agents.

The two candidates for the leads? John Locke and Benjamin Linus! (Or known in the real world as Terry O'Quinn and Michael Emerson.)

Not much else is known about the project, save for a working title, Odd Jobs, and that fans can expect a bit more humor in this new Abrams epic.

Considering the chemistry these guys have and the standard of work that J.J. constantly puts out, we don't have much doubt that it would be a HUGE success!

What do U think?

LOST Stars Search For New Show

Can their new show at least SORT of tie-in to LOST?

Michael Emerson, who played Ben, and Terry O’Quinn, who played John Locke/The Smoke Monster/The Man In Black/Elisha Cuthbert’s Father In Old School, are looking to find a new TV show to star in together.

Emerson has commented that the duo is looking for something more lighthearted in this new TV project, which we don’t understand. What could possibly be more lighthearted than nonstop murder and time travel?

Okay fine, let’s find these guys a TV show that takes place in one time period with fewer murders, BUT we still want to be confused as hell throughout the entire series.

What type of show would U like to see these LOST stars end up on?
