Seriously, did anyone have any clue how Lindsay Lohan could afford to have any attorney sitting next to her in court?

Well, of course it all comes back to the mysterious Mr. Pink!

We already told you some deets about his involvement in getting her a private jet to El Lay for her hearing, but that isn’t the only help he’s been offering.

And no, we're not talking nekkid bedtime help!

It seems her rich dear friend is also taking care of her legal fees with Mark Heller!

Or at least that’s what daddy Michael Lohan thinks.

Michael revealed the inneresting setup Mr. Pink has with Mark. He explained:

With any chance of a plea deal out the window and prosecution urging Judge James Dabney to allow no more extensions to her lawyer Mark Heller, the man chastised as "incompetent" during his last appearance in the courtroom is desperately moving to find a California-licensed attorney to take the lead for him, and Fox News legal analyst David Wohl has agreed to do just that, on behalf of Michael Lohan!

However, according to Paul Wallin, the owner of the firm where Wohl works:

“We are awaiting Ms. Lohan’s approval. Mr. Heller made the request. The court and our firm want to ensure the integrity of this case.”

And Wohl HIMSELF even took to Twitter to try to get a hold of her:

Lindsay Lohan's current lawyer Mark Heller may be finagling sweeter-than-candy plea deals in her lying-to-cops-case, deals that Lilo STILL rejects because, you know, she is SO innocent and everything.

But seeing as Mark didn't fare too well during Lindsay's LAST court hearing where the judge essentially told him to get his sh*t together or the starlet would have to find a new lawyer, it only makes sense that Lilo is considering her options.

And of course, Daddy Michael Lohan is happy to help her search! LOLz.

In fact, the Lohan patriarch has already chosen EXPERIENCED California attorney David Wohl to come to Lindsay's aid, and with 25 years of practicing law, the dude DOES actually sound like he would be a welcome addition to Lindz's legal team.

BUT, (shocker!) Lindsay is allegedly NOT completely smitten with her father's choice of lawyer…

Although it doesn't matter, cause Michael is reportedly pushing Wohl to show up to court on the 18th ANYWAY, in the hopes that that the Judge INSIST Wohl assist Lindsay's "incompetent" legal representation AKA Mark Heller.

Hey, it can't HURT to have at least one another law-savvy mind on her side!

We suppose we'll just have to wait and see what kind of results they manage!
