Kachinsky appeared on TMZ Live Tuesday and had a pretty hard time explaining his actions… especially why he let his then-16-year-old client talk to police without an attorney present.
Due to the "ethical rules of attorneys," Len couldn't comment on if he thought Dassey was actually innocent or not, but he did admit that getting him to sign a murder confession was a mistake, saying:
