We're glad justice is being served in this case.
On Friday, a jury convicted Survivor alum Michael Skupin on four out of six child pornography charges. Mr. Skupin was originally arrested in February after police found disturbing images of children on his computer.
As of now, the former reality star is out on bond and will remain so until he goes on trial for separate charges of racketeering. Following the conclusion of the case, the 54-year-old will face sentencing for both convictions.
Following Michael's conviction, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette stated:
"The children in these videos and images were exploited, and each time the images were shared and viewed continued their suffering. My hope is that today's conviction will bring some closure to the families and the children that are victims in this case."
We'll keep you updated this case progresses.
