But in reality, that was already five years ago, as the cast of the series recently celebrated reaching 90210's landmark 100th episode!

Celebrations were to be had on Sunday, as the cast of the CW's 90210 wrapped their 4th season!!

The cast, including AnnaLynne McCord, Matt Lanter, Shenae Grimes, and Jessica Stroup were joined by their other West Bev "classmates," Gillian Zinser, Jessica Lowndes, Justin Deeley and Michael Steger at Pink Taco in Century City!

The stars posed with loyal fans before stepping in to enjoy some cocktails and tacos, all while watching a special gag reel of outtakes from the past season!!

Late last year, when rumors started to circulate that a character on 90210 was going to turn out gay, Michael Steger, who plays Navid, was really hoping it would be him!

He told sources that he would have liked to approach the change "organically and honestly" and would have been "excited" for the challenge.

Uh-huh. You mean, excited for all the media coverage! (Don't try and fool us! We know where your head is at!)

Sadly for Mikey, the esteemed role of resident gay is going to Trevor Donovan. Mikey tried to act like he was "cool" with the storyline, but secretly, he's been writing future episodes in his diary about a love triangle between him, Trevor and that annoying chick who used to be on Degrassi.

We kid. We kid.

We know her name is Shenae Grimes!

Now that our beloved Brenda Walsh and that awful homewrecking Kelly Taylor are gone for good, we were looking for a reason to keep watching this mess - and NOW we have one!

Sources close to the production of 90210 have revealed that one of the male characters - Matt Lanter's Liam, Michael Steger's Navid, or Trevor Donovan's Teddy - will be coming out of the closet in the upcoming season!

And we're not talking about that bullshit Rumer Willis experimentation storyline - we're talking actual, honest 'coming to terms with the reality that he's gay' coming out storyline!

Co-Executive Producer Jennie Urman reveals:

"We want to address the issue in a real and relatable way.”

And the best news yet?!

We're hearing rumblings that it's the unbelievably seksi Teddy! So much for all that shameless womanizing he did last season!
