Michelle & Jim Bob Duggar Publicly Dole Out Marriage Advice Possibly Aimed At Josh Duggar… Because That Worked Out So Well Before
Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar love telling people how to be married.
In the conservative pair's latest marriage advice testimonial, the duo encouraged couples to go on date nights and to incorporate God into their relationship daily. The message comes just a day after their wayward son Josh Duggar was spotted furniture shopping with his wife Anna Duggar after a long period of separation.
Claiming that they're "more in love" than ever, the 19 Kids & Counting stars advised their Facebook followers:
"Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, which means don't let offenses build up, but apologize and make things right quickly. Never say put downs or negative name calling, but instead, praise each other with a grateful spirit."
Well, that's pretty solid advice considering we're sure Anna has A LOT of "wrath" after Josh cheated on her this past summer! Not to mention the offense occurred just months after she gave birth to their youngest daughter…
Reaffirming their devotion to their Christian values, the Michelle and Jim Bob summarized their advice with this spiritual declaration:
"Develop a close relationship with Jesus. The closer we each get to God, the closer we each get to each other."
Yep… this sure sounds like the Duggars!
We guess we'll have to see if Josh and Anna take these words to heart. All we know is they have a lot of work to do!
