We are dismayed to learn this wasn't the first time the plane responsible for Jenni Rivera's tragically fatal accident showed worrisome signs!!

The Learjet that killed the Mexican-American singer apparently malfunctioned in 2005 as well!

It turns out that, while taking off from Amarillo, TX in 2004, the plane experienced a fuel system malfunction which caused one wing to weigh more than the other! Mercifully, there were no injuries related to that mishap!

This news is extra heartbreaking because perhaps it means this calamitous tragedy could have been avoided!
