Melissa McCarthy is so hot right now- but at home, she's just Mommy!
The Bridesmaids star says her daughters Vivian and Georgette, 5 and 3, aren't old enough to understand her movies yet- or even that she's in the movies! She says:

Melissa McCarthy's career exploded with the success of Bridesmaids and now ALL of the biggest comedy productions in Hollywood want a piece of her.
The peeps behind The Hangover III are currently in talks with the Mike & Molly star to come aboard for a small role. Details as to what that role might be are still under wraps, but we have no doubt in our minds that she won't kill it.
Maybe she'll end up being Zach Galifianakis' love interest! She's the only woman we can think of that could possibly tame the wildest member of the Wolfpack. Ha!
It's no guarantee since she's so busy (she just recently wrapped filming two major comedies), however sources say McCarthy's involvement is likely.
Yay! We hope this casting works out!

Honestly, we couldn't be more thrilled for her!
One of the most well-deserved nominations in quite some time!
Melissa McCarthy only just found out that she's received an Academy Award nod as Best Supporting Actress for her incredible performance in Bridesmaids, and took the opportunity to discuss her shock before heading to work on her sitcom Mike & Molly!
She reveals:

Mike & Molly star Melissa McCarthy has been named the new brand spokeswoman for Ivory soap.
The Emmy winning funny lady said of her new gig:
"I grew up using Ivory, and that smell always reminds me of when I was a kid. As a working mom of two, I love anything that simplifies my life. So when one bar of soap can handle backyard dirt, spaghetti hands and the unidentified crusty bits under my girls' necks, I'm in."
LOLz!
Melissa will also host the "Soap Dish", Ivory's new online social community on Facebook, where she will interact with women and discuss everyday topics including motherhood, marriage and meatloaf.
Ha! Congrats Melissa!

Two and a Half Men producer/show-creator Chuck Lorre is known for placing "vanity cards" at the end of his shows, wherein he basically says whatever he wants.
They swing by the screen VERY quickly, and in Lorre's latest episode of Mike & Molly, he responds to Charlie Sheen on one of his vanity cards:
I understand that I'm under a lot of pressure to respond to certain statements made about me recently. The following are my uncensored thoughts. I hope this will put an end to any further speculation.
I believe that consciousness creates the illusion of individuation, the false feeling of being separate. In other words, I am aware, ergo I am alone. I further believe that this existential misunderstanding is the prime motivating force for the neurotic compulsion to blot out consciousness.
This explains the paradox of our culture, which celebrates the ego while simultaneously promoting its evisceration with drugs and alcohol. It also clarifies our deep-seated fear of monolithic, one-minded systems like communism, religious fundamentalism, zombies and invaders from Mars. Each one is a dark echo of an oceanic state of unifying transcendence from which consciousness must, by nature, flee.
The Fall from Grace is, in fact, a Sprint from Grace. Or perhaps more accurately, 'Screw Grace, I am so outta here!'
Questions?
Pret-ty deep stuff, Chuck. We can only BEGIN to imagine how Charlie might respond to all of that!
Thoughts???

Hooray!
While we love the fact that Mike and Molly is pushing the TV envelope by casting two overweight people as the leads, we hate that it’s almost encouraging them to continue living an unhealthy lifestyle. And now it seems like co-star Billy Gardell agrees, and wants to drop some weight.
"I think [CBS] will let us drop some weight if we choose to," said Billy. "I think I am at that place, healthwise. But I don't have any blood or heart problems. I'm 40.I have pushed this long enough."
Billy says that he wants to ease into the weight loss and not rush into anything he can’t sustain.
"I have learned slow is better for me. I have tried every crazy (kind) of diet, and it works for two or three weeks then I snap. Now that I am making a little bit more money, I might get myself a nutritionist, maybe a trainer, and take it a step at a time."
We’re so happy he’s finally decided to take the plunge into weight loss!

Marie Claire is in trouble with readers.
Sex and relationship blogger Maura Kelly is getting a ton of grief for her post about CBS sitcom Mike & Molly titled “Should ‘Fatties’ Get a Room? (Even on TV?).” If that wasn’t bad enough, she concluded that yes, “fatties” should get a room because overweight people “gross” her out.
Here’s a brief excerpt:
“I think I'd be grossed out if I had to watch two characters with rolls and rolls of fat kissing each other … because I'd be grossed out if I had to watch them doing anything. To be brutally honest, even in real life, I find it aesthetically displeasing to watch a very, very fat person simply walk across a room…”
Yikes.
Many of the people who commented on the post are irate and promising to cancel their subscriptions, and some are even calling for a boycott of the magazine until Kelly is fired.
Editor-in-Chief Joanna Coles is defending the blogger and her views.
“Maura Kelly is a very provocative blogger,” said Coles. “She was an anorexic herself and this is a subject she feels very strongly about.”
Kelly has since come out and apologized for the post and for being “insensitive.”
Do U think her comments were off base? Should she be fired?
