Teen Arrested For Murdering His Parents — Because They Got Mad At Him For Throwing A Party & Trashing The House
An Alabama teenager has been charged with murder for fatally shooting his mother and father, after they got mad at him for throwing a party and trashing their home.
High school senior Jesse Holton (pictured above) has been charged with murdering his father Mike Holton, the former mayor of the family's small hometown of Eclectic, Alabama.
According to police, the 17-year-old has been charged as an adult — and is also expected to be charged in the death of his mother April pending autopsy reports.
On Sunday, the self described "pothead"'s parents came back from a trip to find their house had been "trashed" after their son threw a party. The teen's father called the police, who arrived on the scene to find the boy handcuffed.
Jesse's father told the deputy that the following morning, he and his wife planned on signing a juvenile warrant against his son for doing drugs and damaging the home.
