It feels like the minute The Situation resolves one lawsuit, another one begins!

The Jersey Shore star recently settled his legal issues with a fat-metabolizing cream company outside of the courtroom, but has now filed charges against Devotion Spirits, with whom he agreed to endorse their vodka back in 2010, for not following through with the terms of their contract!

The Situation: 'I Was Never Drunk On Jersey Shore'

Situation Rehab Talk

During his recent interview with MTV, Mike SorrentinoThe Situation — actually expanded on what it was like to be in rehab, now that he's clean.

We're just glad he's sober!

Here's what he said about the time in the facility:

"In the beginning, for sure, when I was (at the facility) in Utah, I'd wake up and just be extremely disappointed with myself. Like, 'I can't believe I got here. How did I get here?' You hear stories all the time, you know, of celebrities and people just not even waking up. That could have been me."

He even asserts that his problem was never booze, and didn't include cocaine or marijuana addiction:

"I was never drunk (on Jersey Shore). I was the guy that was the ladies' man. You can't get girls if you… can't speak to them."

Regardless, he should probably stay away from that stuff so he doesn't start substituting for the loss of painkillers.

Even though it won't be the same without him, we're not so sure it's such a good idea to hit the clubs in the show — which he wants to do — because we're fine with it feeling a little weird if it means he's healthy and sober!

Keep it up, Mike! You can do it!

The Situation Talks Tough Recovery

The Situation Recovery

Nobody has ever had an easy time with substance abuse recovery, and they will always have to struggle with those demons.

Even Mike Sorrentino, The Situation, who is in fantastic shape, is having a rough time.

Just two months after entering the facility to kick his prescription-medication addiction, Mike is ready to speak about it.

Here's what he said:

“Ever since I’ve been out, I’m not gonna lie … it’s not easy. But at the same time, where I’m at right now, I’m at a good place. But it took a little bit to get there. In the beginning? A lot of rainy days, so to speak. A lot of rainy days. I’m not gonna lie, it feels like you’re not gonna recover. It feels like an impossible deed … [but] day-by-day it gets better.”

The scary thing is that he's returning to the show, too. The Jersey Shore has to be one of the most dangerously tempting places for him to be, and some people wonder if it's a good idea at all.

We wonder that too. If he's confident enough to stay clean, we're all for it — because the show wouldn't be the same without him.

If he isn't confident 100%, though, we'd rather have him healthy and sober than the show feel complete!

Find the strength, Mike! You can do it!
