Nothing clears the old noggin like pumping some iron!

Liam Hemsworth made a trip to his gym in West Hollywood to take his mind off of things and keep his perfectly sculpted bod in tip-top shape!

The hunky actor's engagement with Miley Cyrus has been the center of some attention lately, since nobody can seem to figure out what the hell is going on there, so we're guessing he wanted to get away from the drama for a little bit and focus on working up a sweat!

That, or he was trying to prove to Amanda Bynes that his amazing looks are second to NOBODY!

Take that, Tanz Watson! LOLz!!

Lots of people put off going to the gym because they say they don't have the time.

Well, Miley Cyrus had the time, and now she has the body to prove it!

The star of all trades took a picture of her amazing bod on top of a stationary bike, and it literally fried our brains.

That's how hot it was!!!

Hey hey now! Brenda Song got a new man!!

Earlier this year, the Disney star was caught making out with her on and off again boyfriend Trace Cyrus by his sister Miley Cyrus, but after a few months passed, it looks like Brenda is officially not with Trace anymore.

Yesterday, Mis Song was spotted holding hands with a mystery man while leaving the Tracy Anderson gym in El Lay, and considering that her ex-man was tatted up like a newspaper, it's weird to see that the 25-year-old actress is with someone, well, normal. LOLz

We do, however, think Brenda and her new lovah look good together, and we can only hope that this relationship isn't troubled like her last one!!

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus have been going through it lately, but that never stopped the Hunger Games actor from going to the gym to work on his arms!

On Thursday, Hemsworth popped out of a gym in West Hollywood in a tank top, and even though we got a good look at his sizzling biceps, the expression on his face was a bit sad.

Taking into mind that Mileybird just revealed that she's putting music over everything, which obviously means Liam too, we're thinking he was down in the dumps.

Aww man! Guess a wedding is no longer in order.

At least the 23-year-old actor can still pump iron to get his mind off of things!!

With 3 people confirmed dead and at least 154 people injured from the Boston Marathon explosions, celebs such as Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj and Alicia Keys are taking to their Twitter to send out their love and prayers.

It's not yet clear who is responsible for the bombings, but while it's investigated, #prayforboston has become Twitter's top trend.

The possible Raven star was spotted leaving a gym in West Hollywood yesterday, and considering that his fiancé is actually thinking about having an open relationship, he seemed very chipper.

We're glad that Liam and Mileybird are working things out, but we're not sure if letting others into their lives is gonna make for a good relationship — especially if the actor spends a lot of his time at the gym probably looking at women in yoga pants. LOLz
