Evan Rachel Wood wants to stay in a complete state of healthiness, including both her body AND mind!
So, the smart-as-a-whip actress took up two different practices to achieve that goal — she meditates to keep her mind sharp, and she dances to keep that booty tight! LOLz!
But guess what? She didn't start this on a whim a few months ago! NOPE!
