It has been speculated that Mindy McCready's former fiancé, Billy McKnight is going around saying that if the country star had her boys, Zander and Zayne with her when he committed suicide, she would've killed them too.

The news just keeps getting worse for Mindy McCready!

According to a source, the country singer has been drinking way too much since her boyfriend David Wilson's apparent suicide- and her family has said enough!

Congrats… kinda!

Singer-turned-kidnapper, Mindy McCready, has given birth to a healthy baby boy.

Earlier this year, Mindy told reporters and Facebook pals that she was having twins, but her rep confirms that Mindy and BF David Wilson welcomed a single son — Zayne — on Monday.

The new parents released a joint statement, saying:

“Zayne is truly a blessing and a joy. It was a long and trying pregnancy; we’re so happy he’s here. There are no words to convey how happy we are."

"Long and trying??"

Perhaps they're referring to the legal issues Mindy has been dealing with. In Dec, McCready kidnapped her older son from his legal guardians, and took him to another state to hide in a closet.

We hope her life with Zayne is much less dramatic!

P.S. — Mindy's rep says that when the musician announced she was carrying twins, it was only speculation. She was never carrying more than one child.

Poor little Zander!

The 5-year-old made national headlines back in Nov. when his mom, singer Mindy Mccready, kidnapped him from his legal guardians.

Mindy — who had lost all custody rights when she was jailed in 2008 — claimed she had a right to see her son, and demanded he be allowed to live with her in Arkansas and not in Florida where his guardians (her parents) and his father live.

Somehow, the You'll Never Know singer's kidnapping and angry Facebook statuses directed at the cops got officials to revaluate her custody case.

In fact, a rep for an Arkansas social services agency has demanded the custody case be transferred to Arkansas, where the five year old child is attending school and seeing a therapist. But, a Florida judge says "hell naw!"

He's decided NOT to let the case leave his state, though he IS allowing Zander to remain in foster care in Arkansas.

We really hope that's what Zander wants. This whole thing really doesn't seem fair to him!

This story just gets sadder.

Country singer Mindy McCready is currently in a heated custody battle over her five-year-old son Zander, whom she lost custody of back in 2007 following drug abuse and battery charges.

Her mother Gayle Inge has since been taking care of him after she was appointed his legal guardian.

But now, Mindy is fighting to get back him back and was involved in some major dramz last week when she failed to return Zander to his father's home. After investigators were called to search for her and missing persons report was filed, they found her and her son at her boyfriend's home.

Her grandmother Joan Stancel is said to be on her side due to the fact that Zander has made allegations that Inge beat him with a wooden spoon.

Last week, Mindy McCready created some major dramz when she ran away with her son Zander from Florida, whom she does have custody of, and fled to her boyfriend's cabin in the woods of Arksanas where she was hiding out.

After being reported missing, Mindy and her 5-year-old son were allegedly found hiding in the closet by U.S. Marshals.

They're safe!

To catch you up:

Last week country singer and reality star Mindy McCready and her 5-year-old son were reported missing. Police revealed that Mindy — who does not have custody of her son, Zander, — had ran away and was refusing to give him back over to his legal guardians.

To make things just a little more weird, while in hiding Mindy revealed to the media that she was pregnant with twins!

NOW, we are happy to report, Mindy and her son have been found!

Where? You ask? The same place any full-grown fully developed adult mother would hide: in her boyfriend's closet.

The authorities that found the family said:

"The child appeared to be in good condition when we found him … he was in the closet with his mother."

Zander has been returned to this guardians, Mindy's mother and stepfather, in Florida.

Mindy was ordered to return the boy to the Florida court by Thursday. No word on if she will be arrested.

We're not sure exactly what caused Mindy's outburst, we hope she is in a much better place mentally and emotionally for her twins.
