Lindsay Shoots A Commercial Under House Arrest!

lindsay lohan shoots commercial under house arrest

Well isn't that convenient?! This must be like an extended vacation for her!

Even though Lindsay Lohan is serving time under house arrest for misdemeanor grand theft in her Venice Beach home, the former hard-pAArtying actress is still making bank - and even shot a commercial from INSIDE the apartment for the Internet penny auction site Beezid.com!

According to a rep from the company, she was originally offered $25K for the job, but apparently, that wasn't enough, because she turned it down and re-negiotated a deal for a higher price, as well as a $10,000 credit to spend on the website!

Hey! All gurl can do is internet shop right now, she wants to put that money where she can spend it!

And justice is…served? Ha!

Lindsay Lohan Reportedly Caught DRINKING Again!

lindsay-lohan-spotted-drinking-again

Seriously, this would have to be a new record if it's true!

Less than a week after Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to three years of probation and psychological counseling for misdemeanor grand theft, the troubled actress was reportedly caught drinking AGAIN at a nightclub on Saturday night, which ultimately led to an altercation with a camera-happy fan!

According to an eyewitness who asked to not be identified, he and three fans sat at a table next to LiLo at the Paul & Andre Hollywood club where they observed her taking multiple shots with her friends!

However, when they tried to take a picture, someone in the hard-pAArtying actress' entourage grabbed the camera and threw it in a bucket of ice!

The source reveals:

“We didn’t press charges because we thought it was funny at first. We all were drunk. But then we figured out when we got home that the camera was broken because water seeped in. The memory card, though, was still good. Lindsay appeared to be ‘belligerently drunk.' She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place. She was being stupid. When she grabbed my friend’s wrist, another woman who was with Lindsay grabbed the camera. She kept saying ‘I need that camera’ over and over again. So the woman got it and sunk it into the ice bucket. We were sorta leaving and we didn’t want to cause any more trouble.”

And, like clockwork, her new publicist, Steve Honig responded by saying:

"I don't have any knowledge of this alleged incident whatsoever."

Ha! Well, of course NOT, would he?!

Sounds to us like someone didn't want the world to know that this brand new, remorseful and repentant La Lohan was about as convincing as her performance in I Know Who Killed Me!

Such a shame, we really wanted to see her clean up her act.

Fingers crossed that this is all a vicious lie, gurl! Time to grow up - and OWN up!

Lindsay's Probation Report Reveals She Tested POSITIVE For Alcohol In February!

Filed under: Lindsay LohanDrugsLegal MattersSad SadRehab

lindsay-lohans-probation-report-reveals-relapse

Wow. She really cannot stop herself, can she?

All the more reason she needs to be MONITORED for quite some time - and CLOSELY!

According to Lindsay Lohan's probation report, which was filed in late February during her grand theft trial, her officer revealed that not only is "substance abuse is the root of the defendant's problems," but that the formerly hard-pAArtying actress test positively for alcohol on February 8th of this year - only a month after she left Betty Ford behind!

Furthermore, the report also claims that the night of her alleged attack on the Betty Ford staffer, multiple restaurant, hotel, and nightclub employees confirmed that Lindsay was drinking. She also seems to have a history of shoplifting:

"Defendant has been suspected of similar conduct in other jewelry stores … As a result [the detective in the necklace case] recommends that the defendant … be ordered to serve at least six months in county jail."

At the time the report was filed, she was also listed as taking Trazadone for sleep, Nexium for heartburn, Yaz as birth control, Zoloft for depression, Zyrtec for allergies, and Doxcycline and Zythromax for strep throat.

The report concludes:

"Although the defendant has no record of violence or prior felony convictions, her recent positive test for alcohol use and the allegations in the current matter are troubling in that she continues to violate the law, despite prior grants of probation and county jail time. More severe sanctions may be necessary in order for the defendant to better understand the gravity of her actions. If convicted as charged in the present matter, it would appear that defendant's criminal conduct is increasing in seriousness and severity.
The probation officer of record indicates the defendant has cooperated with the probation department and that she has made progress with her treatment. With the above in mind, it is believed that the defendant may continue to benefit from formal probation supervision and treatment; state prison is not warranted at this time. Nevertheless, if the defendant is convicted of the present charge, she should not escape punishment for her crime. The defendant needs to understand the consequences of her behavior."

Unbelievable.

Clearly, she is an extremely troubled young woman, and we do honestly have concerns that she'll ever truly be able to keep herself out of trouble for long.

Hopefully, this latest ruling can serve as the wake-up call she desperately needs to have, and her probation officer can keep enough tabs on her over the course of the next few years and ensure that she doesn't stray too far from the right path.

You've got a long, difficult road to recovery ahead of you, gurl. We seriously hope you're ready to face those demons.

Stay strong. We're thinking of you.

No More Jail Time For La Lohan!

lindsay-lohan-to-not-receive-any-more-jail-time-for-misdemeanor-theft-case

It's (almost) official!

Lindsay Lohan has once again slithered out of serious trouble!

HOW does she do it?! LOLz!

The formerly hard-pAArtying actress' lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, reportedly met with Judge Stephanie Sautner and the City Attorney yesterday, and according to sources, gurl will NOT be sentenced to any additional jail time over the 120 days she has already received for violating her probation, so long as she pleads no contest to misdemeanor theft!

Furthermore, she's expected to be serving her sentence at home, with an electronic monitoring device!

Wow!

We won't know for sure until tomorrow's hearing - and as we've reported, La Lohan won't even BE there for it - but we think that gurl should be thanking her insanely lucky stars that she'll be out of this mess completely, and relatively unscathed, might we add!

Hopefully THIS will be the last of these situations for her.

Store Owner Calls Bull Shiz On LiLo Taking The Necklace Out On Loan!

lindsay-lohan-stolen-necklace-loan-lies.jpg

Uh-oh! Has she been caught in another lie?!

Despite Lindsay Lohan claiming that the necklace she allegedly stole from Kamofie & Company was actually on loan to her, the store owner, Sofia, revealed that for that to have actually happened, the actress would have needed to follow an extremely strict procedure that never was taken!

She explains:

"When we loan out jewelry, we have a whole procedure that needs to be done. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out and there needs to be insurance information given or credit card information in case something happens with the jewelry. The stylist will come in and ask to borrow the jewelry for a shoot or an event."

Furthermore, the paperwork includes an itemized list of what the customer is taking on loan and a signed contract that claims responsibility for the item while it is out of the store!

Uh-oh - we'll be curious to hear how she plans to make up excuses explain herself for this one!

Meanwhile, although the case was submitted to the D.A. by the LAPD yesterday, a spokesperson from their office reveals that they're going to wait until next week to decide whether or not to persecute her for the stolen necklace. If they do, it could either be a charge for felony grand theft or a misdemeanor grand theft charge!

Better behave yourself this weekend, bb!

We think you've had enough trouble to last yourself a LIFETIME!

Thoughts??
