The former Victorious starlet attended Chloë Moretz's Sweet 16 birthday party held in conjunction with Teen Vogue's 10th Anniversary in NYC on Thursday.

The 19-year-old, who is looking forward to her own birthday later this month, looked HAWT in a Misguided dress featuring a studded red velvet bustier top and pleated leather skirt worn with black tights and Aldo booties.

Her red lipstick and raven locks popped against her clear, porcelain skin.

Why would you EVER invite this comparison under ANY context, Kanye???

During his performance at the Big Chill music festival on Saturday night, Kanye West vented about being misunderstood, and pulled a serious Lars Von Trier.

Here's Kanye's VERY misguided attempt at speaking about how people don't understand him:

Earlier today, we were less-than-impressed with Blake Shelton's seemingly homophobic tweet, but once he spoke up about it, we weren't AS disgusted because it became clear that his intention wasn't to write something anti-gay…even thought it came off that way.

As a reminder, here's the tweet he wrote, in which he replaced words from Shania Twain's Any Man of Mine:

"Re-writing my fav Shania Twain song.. Any man that tries Touching my behind He's gonna be a beaten, bleedin', heaving kind of guy…"

Ugh. Still not a nice message AT ALL.

Now, Blake continues to get backlash from his inappropriate tweet. Here's what GLAAD wrote about it in a blog post today:

"This is one of the judges on what's so far been one of the most gay-friendly reality shows on television. For him to make a joke to his 300-thousand-plus followers about leaving a gay man 'beaten, bleeding and heaving' is completely unacceptable."

"Blake Shelton needs to recognize that violence against the LGBT community is not a laughing matter, and he needs to apologize to his fans, and to fans of The Voice, for his comments."

And here's what Blake said in response via Twitter:

"Hey y'all allow me to seriously apologize for the misunderstanding with the whole re-write on the Shania song last night. It honestly wasn't even meant that way…I now know that their are people out there waiting to jump at everything I say on here or anywhere."

"But when it comes to gay/lesbian rights or just feelings… I love everybody. So go look for a real villain and leave me out of it!!!"

It's def a good thing that he's taken the time to address this issue and apologize, but he should have realized how people would react from a tweet like that.

As we said before, it doesn't seem like he's ACTUALLY homophobic, but we'll def keep an eye open.

Now'd be a good time to be on your best behavior, Blake! People are watching.
