New Deets In Snooki's Lawsuit Against SRG! They Promised Her She'd Make A WHOLE Lot More Than She Did!

Hell hath no fury like a Snooki scorned!

And it seems like these guys did some SERIOUS scorning!

We reported last year that the Jersey Shore star was in one nasty legal battle with SRG Ventures, as she claimed that they did not fulfill their obligations to earn her money and branding partnerships, and now, we've learned just how much they told her she would make: $100 million!

And guess how much she actually turned out? $250,000!

A source close to her reveals:

"Snooki filed a suit in October 2011 to end her relationship with SRG, as they didn’t deliver the deals or money they had led her to expect she would receive. Now she’s fighting back against the counterclaim that she didn't hold up her side of the agreement."

And her attorney, Brian Procel, elaborates:

Not So Blind Item

Which "A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally" is currently facing a $20 million lawsuit from an unnamed plaintiff who "entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires" and then ultimately ended up contracting herpes?!

According to the legal documents filed by attorney Keith Davison, the mysterious celebrity told the plaintiff he had "no venereal diseases," and then the two watched porn and engaged in "mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse." Apparently, all of this took place while being videotaped, too!

The suit claims that the celebrity knew all along that he had herpes, and the plaintiff - who is never identified as male or female - is suing for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and fraud (concealment and misrepresentation).

Well, shiz. Any guesses?!

Girls Aloud Are Russian Hookers?!

OMGz! This is amazingridiculousoutofcontrolhilariouswereobsessed!

An escort agency in Russia's clientele must either live under rocks, be incredibly stoopid, or both, because according to an advertisement for the Babylon Moscow Escort service, Girls Aloud is not only a group of singers, they're also hooking on the side!

Check out the ad featuring an old picture of Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh, and Cheryl Cole as "friendly and sophisticated girls waiting for your call' (above)!

And even though legal action could possibly be taken, the girls have allegedly gotten a kick out of the whole thing!

A source explains:

'It's an embarrassingly old picture of the girls so the company figure they might get away with using it. But they failed to warn the band's record label they were using it and theoretically could get sued. Thankfully, Cheryl and co have seen the funny side. They've been joking that that Chezza's been jetting off to Moscow in Simon Cowell's private jet. But in all seriousness, this is exactly the kind of thing that needs to be monitored. People can't be going around using the girls' faces on their products willy-nilly.'

Amazing! We imagine there must be a whole lot of disappointed men up in Russia!

Mischa Barton Lashes Out At Fearne Cotton!

Mischa Barton is apparently livid over the way she was portrayed during her appearance on Fearne Cotton's show, and is now lashing out at the British TV personality!

She says:

"I think Fearne Cotton's show is a joke and she's a joke. I can't hear Fearne's name without seeing red. I wish I hadn't done it and that's bad because there are enough misconceptions about me in the press. She's got nothing to lose if she makes a more salacious story, she's only got everything to gain. I just find her messed up, to be honest. Fearne never let on that she was irritated about waiting. She acts like everything's so great and she loves you and they cut it together and make it seem like it was a terribly painful experience for them. I don't want to start a feud with her, it's not worth it to me. She likes the fame, it doesn't affect her like it affects the people she's documenting."

Sorry, bb, but that's the risk you take when you sign up to do a show like that!

And we doubt that Fearne could have spinned it THAT much - in fact, we think that you're just mad that she didn't spin it in your FAVOR!

Sour grapes!

M.I.A. Continues To Unleash On NYT Magazine Reporter, Premieres New Track!

She really is not letting this one go, is she?!

M.I.A. is still seriously PISSED OFF about an interview she did with New York Times Magazine reporter Lynn Hirschberg, in which she feels falsely represented, so she not only took to her website to post an audio recording of the two together to clear up what was actually said, but also wrote, mixed and performed a BRAND NEW TRACK about the entire situation!

Wow! She pulled that one together pretty quickly, don't you think??

Apparently, M.I.A. ACTUALLY was recorded saying:

"It wasn't just about me, and me getting to the Oscars or me going to the Grammy's. That doesn't mean anything, the whole point of that journey was so you can go, hey, 50,000 people are going to die next month. Here's your opportunity to help and no one did, and they still died! It wasn't about accolades or fame."

"Oh yeah, I understand."

She also released a brand-new track in direct response Hirschberg, called I'm A Singer Haters!

Too bad it SUCKS! Doesn't really help your plight now, does it, bb??

Take a listen BELOW!

Teen Files Lawsuit Against ABC For False Representation On Reality Show!

This is even worse than the Jesus warrior!!

A teenager who made an appearance on the reality show Wife Swap filed a $100 million lawsuit against ABC for airing what she claims was an exaggerated and staged portrayal of herself!!

Alicia Guastaferro appeared on the show in 2008 as a "princess of pagaentry" and apparently acted like a spoiled bitch who berated her mother for not fixing her cereal properly, forced her dad to spray tan her legs, and had a Christmas tree in the house year-round so she could receive presents every day!

The suit claims that "[Guastaferro] does not receive a present every day," and ABC staged scenes to "maximize [Guastaferro's] public embarrassment."

The teen claims that since the episode aired, she became the subject of ridicule among her classmates, recipient of death threats, and was even assaulted!!

Holy shiz!!

She now suffers panic attacks and suicidal tendancies and was forced her to transfer schools, where she has gone from honor-roll to special-ed classes!

Although her mother signed the proper agreements and received $20,000 to appear on Wife Swap, Guastaferro claims she never gave ABC her consent.

That's pretty serious stuff. If they really did stage all of that material, ABC should be ashamed of itself. It's a teenage girl, her peers would give her hell even if she appeared in a positive light!!

What do U think?? Is Alicia exaggerating or did Wife Swap really eff her over??
