Remember when Courtney Love was ordered to pay up big time to Jacob & Co. for the cost of missing jewelry??

Well, after a two-year battle, the case has finally been resolved, and C. Love has settled with the jeweler to the stars for an unspecified amount.

Their attorney, Jeffrey Klarsfeld refused to divulge all the dirty details, but the company was originally asking for $113,000 plus interest.

Jacob & Co. scored a huge victory in the curious case of Courtney Love and the missing jewelry.

Judge Doris Ling-Cohan ruled last week Court is liable for the gold and diamond chains and diamond pave hoop earrings that were never returned after attending the New Yorkers For Children Fall Gala last year and it's going to cost her a pretty penny.

Jacob & Co said the lost jewels totaled $113,700 but the judge is bringing in a specialist to determine the value.

Both sides will be back in court on December 2nd.
