Mitchel Musso, former Hannah Montana star, has caught a serious break in his DUI case.

Back in October he was busted early in the morning when a cop pulled him over in Burbank, California.

Did we mention he's only 20?

So he pretty much laid himself at the mercy of the court and pled no contest to the charge of having an over 0.8 blood alcohol level.

He will be sentenced to 36 months of informal probation, have to pay a fine and then complete an alcohol education class.

Mitchel Musso, the 20 year old former Hannah Montana star who was busted for driving drunk in Burbank a few months back, has entered a not guilty plea this morning for the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher!

Risky move! Especially because he's looking at six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine!

Guess we'll find out at the pretrial status conference on February 10th!

Sweet niblets! And in the Disney Channel neighborhood too! For shame!

Last night, Mitchel Musso, best known for his role as Oliver Oken on Hannah Montana, was arrested in Burbank, CA for drunk driving.

The cops pulled him over around 3:43 AM, after he failed to slow down for officials directing traffic for an unrelated accident. When the police approached Mitchel's vehicle, a 2007 black Mercedes Benz, a "strong order of alcohol" was wafting out of the car, so he was immediately asked to step out. He then failed a field sobriety test with flying colors and when given a breathalyzer test, he blew well above the .08 legal limit.
