For those who don't know, the late reality star passed away from an intense battle with throat cancer on January 18. Despite recovering from her initial March 2014 diagnosis, the grandmother sadly succumbed to her disease after a brave fight.

According to insiders, the cast (Karen Gravano, Drita D'Avanzo, Carla Facciolo and Renee Graziano) came out to say goodbye to Ang at her lovely service in Brooklyn. A source also confirmed the funny woman's two best friends walked her casket out of the church.

As for the kind words said about B.A., confidantes reveal her sister Janine Detore gave an "amazing" and "touching" speech. The message probably echoed the sibling's Instagram send off shortly after the larger than life personality passed.

Following the mass, friends and loved ones of Ang's were treated to a luncheon at Angelina's in Staten Island where disco music was played and Sangria flowed freely.

Regardless of the touching goodbye, the 55-year-old's two kids Raquel and A.J. are still struggling to accept the loss:

Ang wanted her loved ones to celebrate her life.

Big Ang wanted her family to celebrate her life in style.

On Thursday, the Mob Wives star tragically lost her battle with cancer, passing away at 55. While her loved ones are heartbroken by the loss, the TV personality did not want them to be miserable in their mourning.

Instead, the lovely lady's dying wish was that everyone near and dear to her had a wild night out at the Brooklyn discotheque Pastels, where they could drink heavily and jam out to '70s music.

The reality star preferred this plan to a typical memorial.

However, that particular establishment is closed, so we don't know if Ang's family will celebrate her life at a different venue.

But we do know that they stayed by her side in her final moments.

After her passing, the VH1 alum's sister Janine Detore took to Instagram to share this sentimental snap (above) of her, and thanked everyone for their support, writing in the caption:

"At 3:01 my beautiful sister got her wings she's with our mom & dad. We would like to thank everyone for your prayers and support … 😘😘😘 #myfriend #mysister till we meet again my love @bigangvh1"
