James Smith received a Glamour Woman of the Year award back in 2001 on behalf of his late wife Moira Smith, an NYPD officer who died after helping people evacuate the World Trade Center on 9/11.
Now, Smith returned his late wife's award after the KUWTK star was recently given the same honor!
The widower shared an open letter to Glamour's Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive on Facebook, saying that the magazine's decision to honor Jenner was "insulting" to his wife's memory and "the memory of other heroic women who have earned this award."
The former police officer wrote:
