As much as we LOVE to bring you all of the latest celebrity gossip, we also love to let loose and pAArty!

That's exactly what Perez was doing at the Rumor Hotel in Las Vegas last weekend and we had a BLAST!

We hung out with the guests while sipping on our favorite Ty Ku cocktail, the Coconut Nigori Mojito, and weren't afraid to show off our body in a colorful Speedo (above)!

So much fun!

One of the biggest Cinco de Mayo traditions? Drinking!

Here’s a recipe for a delicious tequila mojito to get you started!

Ingredients
– 2 oz Herradura Blanco Tequila
– 1 oz Herradura Blue Agave Nectar
– 1 oz Lime juice
– 4 Mint leaves
– 2 oz Club soda

Glass
Collins

Preperation
In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves. Add the tequila, lime juice and agave nectar and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda.

The Limelight collection includes a diamond encrusted mojito, whiskey on the rocks, Cosmo, white tonic, blue ocean, and blueberry daiquiri.

We're getting thirsty just looking at them. Ha!
