A court judge has ordered Halle Berry to pay her former lover Gabriel Aubry $20,000 per month in child support payments.
That's a lot of cheese!
The bickering former partners' daughter Nahla is nearly 4, and yet this is the first child order issued by a judge.
Get ready for round two between these two as they soon will be battling whether Halle can take Nahla with her to France…for good!!!

Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry are back together…in court.
The super model is attempting to "substantially increase" his child support monthly payments from Berry even though they both share custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.
This isn't the first time that Aubry has taken Berry to court for financial reasons, and until their custody battle is over it probably won't be the last.
There are two sides to every story, but if Aubry really is seeking an increase in money that will be used to support Nahla and her only, then maybe it is something worthwhile for the courts to consider.
Legal matters are a long and complicated process, though, so fasten your seat belts folks - it's gonna be a bumpy ride.

Starting in December, ESPN Magazine and Sports Illustrated will have direct competition from one of the most popular sports they cover — NFL football.
The National Football League is releasing their own monthly magazine on December 13th that offers "a true ‘insider’s’ perspective”.
The first issue will include articles from contributors including San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh, Panthers quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Cam Newton, and Colts quarterback Peyton Manning, along with commentators Boomer Esaison and Andrea Kremer.
NFL Publishing’s Jim Buckley will serve as editor and said in a statement:
