Katy Perry was hands down the queen of outfit changes at this year's MTV Video Music Awards.

After accepting her first Moon Man of the night in Atelier Versace, she made a quick change into a purple Tom Ford long sleeve lace dress just in time to introduce Adele.

Look #3 of the night was a Christian Dior Haute Couture jacket and printed skirt that she wore to pick up the Video of the Year award for Firework. She also had a Philip Treacy hat perched on top of her lavender colored locks.

The final look of the evening fit Katy Perry to a 'T' — a custom Johnny Wujek for Furne One breaking records dress and hat.
