Stubborn Horse Refuses To Leave A Pool

Stubborn Horse Refuses To Leave A Pool

I don't wanna leave!!

When a kid refuses to get out during adult swim, you deflate their water wings (right?). When a horse refuses to leave you ask nicely call the fire department.

This sneaky Floridian horse thought it would be a fun to skinny dip in his neighbor's pool — and never get out.

Three county firefighters who had taken an animal-rescue course happened to be available this morning to rescue the moody mare.

Firefighters brought in a tow truck typically used to haul disabled fire engines.

They placed straps under the belly of the 7-foot-tall, 1,500-pound horse and used the truck as an improvised crane to lift the animal from the water.

2 Arrested After Goats, Guinea Pigs, Ducks Found In Car

Gawd! People are SO DUMB!

Miami police said officers were sent to a parked car after receiving a report that someone had heard what they thought was a baby crying from inside.

The officers found no child in the car… but they did find SEVERAL animals, including goats, roosters, pigeons, guinea pigs and ducks.

Police said one of the goats died later that day, but they did not elaborate on the animal's cause of death. HOW? WHAT? WHY?

James Arroyo Jr., 44, and Raul Armenteros, 46, who police said were responsible for the car, arrived about 45 minutes after the officers made their discovery.

Arroyo and Armenteros were arrested and charged with 22 counts of animal cruelty with intent to injure.

The men, who appeared in court Tuesday morning, are being held on $110,000 bond each.

We can only wonder what they were going to do with those animals…

Escaped Baboon Gets New Jersey's Attention

Escaped Baboon Flees Cops At Full Speed: MyFoxPHILLY.com

OMG! Everyone, stop what you're doing!

Gawd, crime must be running a little slow in NJ this week cause there's a mad police hunt for a baboon. LOL.

Authorities continued their search Friday for an olive baboon that is believed to have escaped the Wild Safari attraction at the Six Flags Great Adventure park in southern New Jersey.

The animal was spotted twice Friday morning in the area around the park in Jackson, N.J., after its escape earlier in the week, according to the Asbury Park Press.

Online, the baboon already has two fake Twitter accounts — @JerseyBaboon and @BaboonOnTheRun — and a big online following, in the same vein as the early 2011 escape @BronxZoocobra.

Snakes Take Over An Idaho Home

Snakes Take Over An Idaho Home

Creepiest. Thing. Ever.

When Ben and Amber Sessions moved into their Idaho home, they were horrified to find that the house was infested with thousands of garter snakes.

The Sessions often found that the ground outside the home was covered with so many snakes that it looked like the ground was actually moving.

Adding to the epic creepy factor, the slithering snakes inside the walls of the home would keep the family awake at night!!!

In the mornings, the couple and their two small sons (you know, the ones that need therapy after all this?) would do a "morning sweep" to make sure no snakes had made it inside.

Why did the snakes choose to take up residence at this particular home?

Experts say the home was likely built on a winter snake sanctuary aka a hibernaculum - where snakes gather to hibernate for the winter, aka SCARIEST PLACE EVER!

After sending more than 42 snakes back to meet their maker in just one day, the family decided it was time to abandon the home and declare the snakes as the true victors in the situation.

Sacha Baron Cohen Shuts Down 5th Ave. With His Camels

Grace. Prestige. Humility.

Words seldom used to describe Sacha Baron Cohen. (Insert camel toe joke here.)

Fifth Avenue was temporarily shut down in the early Sunday morning as the movie crew and animals took up to ten blocks to shoot Baron Cohen's newest comedy, The Dictator.

The dad of two (with wife, actress Isla Fisher) spent his Father’s Day riding a camel and sporting quite the colorful outfit. Best Father’s Day ever?

The film, which is reportedly based on a book written by Sadam Hussein, is expected to hit theaters in 2012.

Anna Faris is co-staring in the this movie IMDB says is about “the heroic story of a dictator who risks his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed.”
