Burt Reynolds has failed to make mortgage payments on his Florida "paradise" estate for almost a year.

Burt has been experiencing health problems for the past couple of years and is now believed to be living in Little Rock, Arkansas (where the lawsuit was mailed).

With the health problems, we highly doubt he's gonna worry about this. Yes, it was his paradise, but it seems he's found more important things to think about these days.

Well. At least he's being production while he's behind bars!

Wesley Snipes, who is currently serving time for tax evasion, is reportedly attempting to re-finance his Alpine, NJ mansion for $1.6 million through his lawyers, who have apparently made an agreement with a mortgage company, although as a stipulation, the actor will be expected to make balloon interest payments in full when he gets out in 2013!

A source explains:

"All of Wesley's bank accounts are wiped out. His four kids have nothing to live on."

And his rep confirms:

"As you can imagine, it is true that his family is having financial challenges, mainly due to his current situation."

Geesh! What a mess!

We're happy to hear that he's taking action and attempting to help his family, but it's just too bad that he didn't take the time to consider this scenario and what it would do to his loved ones BEFORE he got himself in this much shiz!

Fingers crossed that you'll be able to work all this out, boy!

Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman says she refused any and all money Vivid Entertainment sent her way.

Says the mother of 14:

"Vivid Video sent me a check for the mortgage, and I sent it back. I don't take money from porn pushers, and I never will. So far I have turned down more than a million dollars from Vivid Video even though I almost lost my home and I believe that makes a clear statement of how I feel towards that type of industry."

Nadya goes on to say that she's still struggling, but is really doing everything she can.

What the hell?

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's dad David has filed for bankruptcy and is now facing foreclosure on his home in Tarzana, California.

A source reveals:

"David almost lost his home in 2009 because he had several tax liens but managed to borrow enough money to cover them. But he's in a worse position now because he's behind on mortgage payments and won't be able to stop the auction unless he gets his hands on $2 million."

If David and his second wife McKenzie don't come up with the money by July 9, they will be forced out of the house and it will be sold off at public auction.

Well we know the girls have the money — but maybe there's some bad blood with Daddy Olsen?

We reported that the Octomom, Nadya Suleman, was too busy being a psycho to keep up with her morgtage payments, and as a result is now facing foreclosure on her home!

Luckily for her, Steven Hirsch, the President of Pornolicious Vivid Entertainment, has come to her rescue - by OFFERING to cover her home's debt if she films a SEX TAPE!

Hirsch writes:

This is SO going to happen - she has to get the money by Tuesday or she and her kids are homeless!!
