Ugh, we're so disappointed by this judge's actions!
Stacy Ehrisman-Mickle, a lawyer from Atlanta, recently got into trouble with a judge for bringing her 4-week-old infant to court.

Before you start pointing fingers at Stacy, you need to hear why she brought her baby to court in the first place.
Back in September, Stacy filed a motion with Judge J. Dan Pelletier Sr. to postpone her client's hearing which fell on October 7th, during her maternity leave. To Stacy's surprise, the judge denied her request citing there was no probable cause for the delay.
With her husband out of town on business and no relatives nearby, Stacy was forced to bring her daughter to court (it's also important to note that daycare centers won't take infants younger than six weeks old).
When Stacy showed up with the infant, the judge BERATED her in front of the entire courtroom.
