Cara Delevingne has come a long way since her fashion days!

Not only has Cara starred in her first movie (Paper Towns), but the beauty also found love with musician St. Vincent. 2015 was definitely a year of big changes and fresh starts for the former runway model.

While some might be confused as to why Delevingne opted for this new life over a successful fashion career, it was all quite clear for the 23-year-old herself. To put it bluntly, the talented gal just wasn't happy.

Speaking on her inner turmoil, Cara wrote in an essay for Motto:

"I worked hard to be accepted by the fashion community in ways beyond my physical appearance. In no time, though, I found myself surrendering to the industry's approval process. I felt like I needed validation from everyone. As a result, I lost sight of myself and what it meant to be happy, what it meant to be successful. I think it all stemmed from a deep-down feeling of wanting people to like me and love me."

Aw! It sounds like C.D. was in the biz for the wrong reasons!

The blonde added:

Mitt Romney Scolded By Friday Night Lights Star For Using Show's Motto During Campaign

As his campaign nears the end, Mitt Romney has co-opted a battle cry from Friday Night Lights, but neither the star or executive producer approve.

In a recent op-ed for USA Today, Connie Briton (pictured above) and Sarah Aubrey say "Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose" does not appropriately apply to the presidential candidate's position on a number of issues and write:

"It was a rallying cry of hope and optimism in a community where everyone had a fair shot — no matter their background, no matter their parents, no matter their gender. And no matter their politics."

They believe that women, in particular, are negatively affected by Romney's ideas and continue:
