They remixed, what else, Ice Ice Baby!

They turned it into a bass bumpin' new mix with a bit of a clubby reggaeton feel!

We already see how easy it'd be to get up and move to this song, so it's even better there's a video!

Just get up and follow along with the dancers in the video (above) for one heck of a workout!

Gummy Bear Breast Implants

Gummy Bear Boobs

This is a case of where the title says it all!

Just kidding, they're not actually throwing handfuls of gummy bears into boobs — but they're taking one of the key things that makes a gummy bear a gummy bear: how it retains it's shape even when you squeeze it.

'Cuz you know them thangs gots to be squeezed! Ha!

The new FDA approved implant is becoming all the rage, and it's actually safer than the saline kind. Even if it ruptures, it keeps it's form!

It's actually a high-strength silicone gel, according to Dr. Grant Stevens (which is a total soap opera name):

“If you removed the shell covering, the silicone inside would retain its shape. I got tired of explaining to patients that they’re sort of like Jello—which, when you cut it in squares, holds its shape. One day I just said, ‘They’re like gummy bears.’"

The thing is this, though: don't eat them. They're not gummy bears and they probably do not taste good. Look and touch only.

LOLz!

Do U wanna get a pair??

Boxing Tips For The First-Time Sparrer

Alex Brenes pic

FitPerez reader Martin is going into the ring to spar for his first time and can't help but be a little nervous. Looking for some tips to ease his nerves, he wrote boxing pro Alex Brenes, asking:

Hey Alex,

I've been training for 4 months now (3-4 days a week) and my trainer said he thinks I'm ready to spar. He plans on putting me in the ring next week. Any useful tips for someone just about to begin sparring? I'm a bit anxious!

According to Alex:

Martin, that's the most fun part of training and in boxing sparring is the best way to measure one's improvement.

If your trainer is good and he thinks you are ready, you are!!! Just go and practice what you have learned. You'll figure out what you need to work on.

Being anxious is great! It will help you stay on your toes. Remember to listen to you corner, even if something doesn't make sense to you, because they see stuff that you don't. Have fun! Stick and move!!!
