After several complaints from his neighbors, Chris Brown moved out of his West Hollywood condo and bought himself a $1.55 million ultra-modern architectural home in the Hollywood Hills.
The 2,500 square foot 3-bedroom home boasts Boffi kitchen and baths, pool, views of the canyon and even a green roof.
It also comes with a dazzling custom LED lighting system that goes throughout the stairs, hot tub and pool. Oh, and did we mention that it has an outdoor elevator that has easy access from the upstairs bedroom to the pool outside below? Because, yeah, it does.
Super fancy, Breezy! Now if you can just pay those pesky parking tickets…

The Weinstein Company is apparently looking to ca$h in on the New Year's holiday weekend, and is moving up the release of Blue Valentine two days early to Wednesday, December 29th at theaters in New York and El Lay!
On January 7th, the flick will expand into ten other markets!
Getting to see Ryan two days earlier?! We approve.
