The double Oscar winning actress, recently ditched her agent boyfriend, and is now looking to sell the massive estate she bought when they started dating.

The Million Dollar Baby's pimped-out Pacific Palisades Mediterranean-style mansion ocean-view residence boasts 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Some of the most luxurious amenities include: a "double-gated motor court" (swank for Swank!), a fitness room, leather-walled cigar room and wine cellar, a state-of-the art theater and, of course, an extra-long saltwater swimming pool!

The asking price is a mere $9.495 million dollars!! A steal!!

It's only a little bit more than the $5.8 million she bought for it back in 2007. Not a bad profit for a girl who came from nothing!
