Excellent!

We'd be lying if we said we weren't really forward to this!

Now that the long-awaited second sequel to Bridget Jones's Diary is officially in the works, and Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth are confirmed, the latter actor, otherwise known as Mr. Darcy in the series, opened up about the project, and says that working on the flicks is like a "fraught family reunion!"

He explains:

Oh! We've been waiting to hear when this one was moving forward!

Although it was announced almost a year ago, it appears that the film adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's Pride & Prejudice & Zombies is finally in the works, with director Mike White stepping in to fill David O. Russell's place!

Unfortunately, Natalie Portman has also abandoned the lead role, but will continue as a producer with her partner, Anne Savich!

Inneresting! We're curious to see who will step in as Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy!

Sounds like this could have a lot of potential!

While attending the premiere of My Own Love Song, Renée Zelleweger was apparently thrilled with the much speculated story for the third Bridget Jones movie, and basically gave her blessing for it to happen!

Rumors have been circulating that the plot, if to be developed, would involve Bridget getting knocked up after sleeping with both Mr. Darcy and Daniel Cleaver only days apart from the other, and on a mission to figure out whose child it is!

WTF?? That sounds AWFUL!

Apparently, Squishy was all about it though! She said:

“Sounds good! Sounds good! Who told you that? How do you know? Oh you know Helen Fielding? You talked to Helen Fielding! I need to talk to Helen Fielding!”

The first one was great, the second was passable - but another one?

What do U think?? Would U watch a third film with THAT as a plot??

Relax, folks!! He was just being shy!!

For anyone who thought Simon Cowell's appearance on The Tonight Show with his fiancee Mezghan Hussainy was awkward or uncomfortable, the American Idol judge's friend Amanda Holden claims he's just a regular Mr. Darcy and doesn't like talking about his feelings!!

Holden says:

"Apart from his mum [speaking about him], he's never really let on much about his private life. He has to maintain some kind of privacy in such a public arena. He wants to keep something back for himself. He's an incredibly shy person. People who he trusts the most are the people who talk to him properly. He likes proper opinion and she's very strong and definitely vocal and honest. Most people in his life are … He's a straight talker on the telly and real life. Simon's fallen hook line and sinker. They are like Tweedledee and Tweedledum. You can't separate them really."

So cute!!

We knew under that sarcastic, furry exterior there was a marshmallow just wanting someone to snuggle and watch A Walk To Remember with!!
