We previously mentioned Jerry Sandusky, monster/pedophile/felon, was transferred from county jail to a state prison in PA where his newest mugshot (above) was taken.

The transfer was yesterday morning and he'll be spending some time at the current prison while waiting to be placed in his final destination.

We can't tell if he's smiling or just confused as to when they were going to take the pic but either way, we don't care.

We're just glad to see him in orange.

Beyond that being a pretty hilarious mugshot, the story behind it is even funnier.

Well, part of it — he got a DUI, and drinking and driving is awful and no laughing matter.

What's funny is that he refused a breathalyzer after deputies smelled booze by saying, and we quote:

We told you The Flying Tomato was grounded Monday after Nashville police arrested him for public intoxication and vandalism, but now we have even more dirty deets on his dubious deeds — and a totes cringe-worthy mugshot with a wicked black eye (above)!

As it turns out, the local PD tried their hardest to cut Shaun White a break!

They were called to the scene after he smashed the crap out of a hotel phone but were happy to merely give the gold-medal snowboarder a misdemeanor citation!

Former Bachelorette star Kasey Kahl took this priceless mugshot (above) back in January — just a couple hours after he broke a stranger's nose with his fist.

He seemed pretty pleased with himself then, but now that he's been charged with three felonies — two counts of felony assault, one for felony battery and one for public intoxication — Kahl's lawyer says,

Most people, when they're unhappy with their appearance in a photograph, simply take another one. Some will even untag themselves on Facebook.

One 45 year-old Georgian woman has an altogether different approach!

Livid about the quality of the mugshot from her recent arrest, Tonya Ann Fowler called 911 to complain.

Uhhh, you're doing it wrong!

That's an emergency number! Bad hair days are not technically considered an emergency!!

Local police were kind enough to oblige her request for a brand new mugshot pic… after they arrested her AGAIN for unlawful abuse of 911!

Not good, gurl!

Around the World In 80 Plates' Cat Cora was arrested for a DUI on June 17th after rear-ending another vehicle and registering TWICE the legal limit on a breath test!

Ch-ch-check out her mug shot, which was taken 11 days after the incident in Santa Barbara, as an official one was never taken (above)!

As we previously mentioned, Adrian Peterson, NFL star, was busted for resisting arrest.

He was SUPER drunk at a club, which is apparently waaaay out of character for him as he normally is a low key guy.

After they refused to serve him near last call, he got combative and an off duty cop tried to handle the situation. It ended in arrest.

He was booked, and had a mugshot (above) taken.

He looks happy for someone who just got arrested.

Must've still been drunk!

He eventually apologized to the police and later Tweeted:

"Thank you for waiting for the facts. Truth will surface."

At least he tried to make amends for everything.

Best lay off the booze, Adrian.
