With his baybay!

This could be a huge blow to his divorce battle with Kimmy K!

Myla plans to have the baby and raise it alone because she feels Kris has betrayed her with all the lying about their relationship.

Also, not only is she apparently pregnant, she's also had some alleged nude pics surface online!

Things are really heating up in the divorce battle between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries!

Kris is gathering his ammunition… but so is Kimmy K!

Kim just sent a subpoena to Kris' ex-gf/booty call/extorter, Myla Sinanaj, to have her possibly appear in court during divorce proceedings.

Kim's lawyer wants to know if Kris said anything about his marriage in relation to all the fraud claims.

Basically, Kim wants to know if there was any incriminating pillow talk.

Kris and his lawyer are already trying to gag Myla so she doesn't ruin his divorce case.

Now she might legally have to help Kim ruin Kris.

If Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, then what happens when two girls are after your "hang lows?"

Things just got serious, you guys.

We previously mentioned that Kris Humphries had his lawyers contact his ex-booty call, "Myla" Sinanaj and tell her to cease and desist spreading rumors of their involvement.

Well things apparently were getting pretty heated and she allegedly attempted to extort a huge amount of cash from him by threatening to go public with emails and texts that could damage his character in his upcoming divorce trial.

Extortion is a very serious allegation, so Kris' lawyers went to the FBI!!!

That shiz cray!

Why skip the cops and go straight to the feds?

Number one… it's way scarier to have the FBI knocking on (or breaking down) your door. Number two, because the extortion took place in an electronic format (emails, texts, etc.) and that falls into their jurisdiction.

Seem like things are getting ugly!

Kris is waist deep in legal troubles, let's hope the truth comes out and justice is served.
