SPOILER ALERT: Nancy wins
The Insider host Lara Spencer is PISSED that Mary Hart's Entertainment Tonight anchor chair has been given to Nancy O'Dell.
Sources say that ET producer Linda Bell had given O'Dell the "thumbs down" months ago, which makes this decision even more of a shocker.
Looks like O'Dell's agent, John Ferriter, approached CBS CEO Les Moonves, and convinced him to bail on Lara Spencer and give the anchor position to Nancy.
Apparently, Lara Spencer moved her family out to Los Angeles two years ago because she was promised that she'd get Mary Hart's job when the time came.
…Guess the time hasn't come!
What do U think about this news? Team Spencer or Team O'Dell?

She's baaaack! (Quick! Make sure Mary Hart isn't looking!)
Nancy O'Dell, former Access Hollywood reporter, is returning to TV for a brand new gig on Oprah Winfrey's television network. Nancy will be hosting alongside Queer Eye For A Straight Guy star Carson Kressley on the new reality program Your OWN Show: Oprah's Search For The Next TV Star.
The show is a competition type program, where contestants compete in challenges to see who has the most potential to host their own show.
That's one way to fill up the spring programming line-up!
Congrats on the new job, bb!
