ZOMG!!! This is wonderful!!!

If there's one thing the endings of the Silver Linings Playbook, Little Miss Sunshine, and Napoleon Dynamite taught us, it's that dancing turns sadness into smiles 100% of the time!

Our hearts continue to ache from legendary film critic Roger Ebert's passing earlier this month, but talented thespian Tilda Swinton was the guest of honor at Ebertfest 2013 this past weekend and she was dead-set on turning our frowns upside down!!!

Ch-ch-check out the Moonrise Kingdom star shake her groove thang to Barry White's You're the First, the Last, My Everything (above)!

Aww!!

Fifteen hundred people dancing together in a packed theater on the University of Illinois campus to celebrate the life of a man they admired!!! Such an ah-mazing tribute!!

We're sure Roger's widow Chaz was touched by the overwhelming sentiment!!

Hailee Steinfeld & Kelly O Show Off Their Flare At Chris Benz

kelly-osbourne-hailee-steinfeld-nyfw-chris-benz-show-spring-summer-2013.jpg

Fashion lovers Hailee Steinfeld and Kelly Osbourne brightened up Lincoln Center on Monday before parking themselves in the front of Chris Benz's spring presentation.

The True Grit teen opted for a blue Chris Benz Resort dress, which was pretty, but was far too matronly for a 15 year old.

Kelly was on the complete opposite end of the spectrum, working the heck out of a Chris Benz Resort colorblock dress. Her knotted up do was by far the fiercest part of her look and we LOVE it!

We can always count on Miss Kelly O to take risks and own it!

Which look do U prefer???

P.S. CLICK HERE to see some other barkin' bitches who were seated in the front row!

$10 Million Napoleon Dynamite Trial Has Begun

Napoleon Dynamite lawsuit trial begins

Gosh! What a mess!

When Hollywood producers aren't busy making movies, we feel like they're in court for one reason or another.

The trial between the producers of the indie comedy hit Napoleon Dynamite and Fox Searchlight (the studio that distributed it) has begun! Plaintiffs are seeking $10 million for the home video royalties and television licensing fees they never received. (Un)Lucky!

Fox tried to squash the lawsuit last month, but CLEARLY that was unsuccessful. Now a judge will determine whether or not the studio screwed the filmmakers out of net profits on home video sales.

The problem seems to be the interpretation of the language within the contract that all parties signed at the Sundance Film Festival in 2004. Producers feel they were owed 31.66% of all home video sales, but the studio is arguing that percentage (1%, not whole) only applied to videos sold for rentals, while only a 10% royalty would be awarded for private copies.

Another dispute is regarding the contract's

once upon a time tops non sports sunday night ratings

No surprises here! As we said back in October - the show is a hit!

NBC was the big winner in the ratings last night thanks to their Pro Bowl NFL game, but as for as non-sports ratings are concerned, it was all about ABC!

Once Upon a Time brought in the best ratings of the night for the network, landing 10.8 million viewers and an impressive 3.4 in the adults 18-49 demo! Wowsa!

CBS also brought in the viewers last night, with Undercover Boss which landed 13.1 million viewers and a 3.0 rating. The Good Wife had a GOOD audience with 10.9 mil viewers and a 2.2 rating. CSI: Miami also fared well, with 10.5 mil viewers and a 2.2 rating.

Fox's numbers weren't quite up to par with ABC and CBS. The Simpsons brought in 5.1 million viewers and a 2.4 rating. The new animated Napoleon Dynamite series landed 4.4 mil viewers and a 2.1 rating. Family Guy was the winner for Fox though, with 5.9 mil viewers and a 3.0 rating.

What did U watch last night? Did'ja check out the big game…or did U watch Once Upon a Time???

Napoleon Dynamite Producers Suing Fox For $10 Million!!!

napoleon-dynamite-producers-suing-fox-searchlight.jpg

Whoa! Such a huge amount!

Producers of the movie Napoleon Dynamite are suing Fox Searchlight for $10 million for home video royalties and television licensing fees they claim were not paid to them.

They claim that they had several distributors who were interested in buying the film at the Sundance Film Festival in 2004, but they went with Fox Searchlight because of the high royalties that were offered to them.

The complaint also says that Fox Searchlight agreed to pay 31.66% of net profits on home video, however a 2008 audit shows that Fox was only paying them at a 9.66% rate!

What the…!!! NOT COOL!

They're suing for the fees, royalties and breach of contract.

They totally took advantage of the underdog. Really bad business, Fox. The movie made nearly $45 million and the producers should get their proper share. Pay up!
