Sir David Attenborough has narrated many gorgeous nature documentaries.
Though apparently Americans would prefer to hear a more recognizable voice… like that of Alec Baldwin!
It's sad that this is Attenborough's last narration after years and years of making amazing documentaries, though we do LOOOVE Alec Baldwin.
Frozen Planet already broke ratings records when it premieerd in the UK, so we're sure it'll be just as big as it's predecessors like Planet Earth, LIFE and Human Planet.
All we know is it looks like it's going to be epic and beautiful, and with Alec Baldwin's smooth voice guiding us through the frozen ice world, it sounds like a wild ride.

Following in Walter Cronkite's footsteps, Anderson Cooper will lend his voice via recording to the narrator in the upcoming Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.
The musical, starring Daniel Radcliffe, will start previews on February 26th and open on March 27th at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.

Starting May 5th, you may hear a familiar voice guiding you through the "American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity" exhibit at NYC's Met Museum.
This past week, Sarah Jessica Parker recorded the audio guide for the new Costume Institute's exhibit.
Curator Andrew Bolton said the actress and fashionista was chosen "because of Sex and the City, she is so much associated with New York and with America, and with using fashion as a way to shape identity."
Uh huh, and the new SATC2 movie coming out had nothing to do with it.
Whatevs, it makes sense.
