The tragic death of Natalie Wood has been discussed for years.

The mysterious circumstances around the Rebel Without A Cause star's 1981 drowning have led many to speculate that foul play might have been involved, but the coroner officially ruled it an accident.

Until now!

After new testimony by the captain of the boat carrying Wood, husband Robert Wagner, and their close friend Christopher Walken prompted more digging, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office released a new report.

What a relief for her!

Courtney Wagner, the daughter of Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner, can rest easy and know she will not be charged for possession of heroin and cocaine.

The cops who initially searched her home forgot that they needed a search warrant to go into a private home, and thus their initial findings of cocaine and heroin in Wagner's home has been wiped off the record.

We still hope that that is a wake up call for Wagner and she will get herself the help she desperate needs if she is still using those awful drugs.

However, she is a free woman and will not be going to jail.

Silly cops.

Another celebuspawn getting busted for drugs!

Courtney Wagner, the daughter of the beautiful and legendary actress Natalie Wood and actor Robert Wagner was arrested after she had a huge blowout with her alleged boyfriend, involving coke, heroin, and a GUN, this past week.

Sheesh!

Last Sunday, Courtney was taken into custody after cops came out to her Malibu home when a fight broke out with her boyfriend.

When the police arrived, they found she was in possession of cocaine and heroin and was immediately arrested on suspicion of felony drug possession.

What's even scarier that a gun shot, by her boyfriend, was heard during the fight, but thankfully, nobody was injured. He WAS, however, placed under arrest for negligent discharge of a firearm.

Since then, there's no update on her boyfriend, but Courtney has posted her $10,000 bail.

Sad, sad, sad.

We're not sure if this has anything to do with the investigation involving her late mother's death was reopened earlier this year, but having such a traumatic event be brought up again certainly doesn't help.

We just hope she gets the help she deserves.

Teen Vogue is continuing the blue cover theme by featuring a blue-haired Katy Perry on the cover of their May issue.

"I don't like to take fashion too seriously. I love it, and I am so grateful when big brands want to associate with me, but mostly I just want to take chances and have fun and truly live. "I love Agyness Deyn, Chloë Sevigny, Daphne Guinness, Natalie Wood, Judy Jetson, and Wonder Woman."

On always having a quirky sense of style:

"It probably started when I was nine years old, and my father used to wake me up at seven every Saturday morning to take me to garage sales. I couldn't afford the clothes that the other girls at school were wearing, so instead I looked for things that were unique to me."

On fame:

"I'm tired of being famous already! But I'm not tired of creating. Fame is, I think, just a disgusting by-product of what I do. It's quite a delicate creature— it's a wild animal of sorts. It can love you, and then it can attack you."
