Today marks a horrible loss for classic television.

Conrad Bain, who played beloved father Phillip Drummond on Diff’rent Strokes, has passed away at age 89.

The veteran actor died at a retirement home in Livermore, CA of natural causes on Monday evening.

The seasoned actress passed away from natural causes Tuesday.

Doris Belack was 85 years old.

Her work spanned across all three mediums for her craft: stage, television, and film.

From Poetry of the Negro with Sydney Portier to One Life to Live, from Tootsie to Sex and the City, her contributions were everywhere.

Her husband, theatrical producer Philip Rose, died just four months ago. A joint memorial will be held for them Oct. 17 at noon in the Ambassador Theater (Manhattan). The public is welcome to attend.

We'll miss you, Doris, but we're glad you lead such an amazing life.

Hollywood has lost another legend today.

Sherwood Schwartz, the creative mind behind such iconic shows as The Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island, has passed away at the age of 94.

He apparently died from natural causes at home in his sleep, surrounded by his family and loved ones.

Such an amazing man.

Our thoughts go out to all of his relatives, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. We imagine his legacy will live on for years to come.

Could she have simply died of natural causes? At 54-years-old?

According to a statement by police, Teena Marie's death appeared to be from natural causes, which MAY in fact be the case, now that we've learned that her autopsy revealed no signs of trauma.

We also learned earlier this week that no illegal drugs were found in her home.

Guess we'll have to wait until the toxicology reports are released to learn more.

As authorities investigate the unexpected death of R&B singer Teena Marie, law enforcement sources have confirmed that there were no illegal drugs found in her home.

Autopsy and toxicology tests are expected to be performed on her body next week, but for now, the theory is that she died of natural causes.

So sad.

Our thoughts are with her family and friends during this truly difficult time.

Legendary soul singer Solomon Burke has passed away at 70 years old.

He died on Sunday at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.

Burke's well known songs include Everybody Needs Somebody to Love, which was featured in the movie The Blues Brothers, as well as the song Cry To Me, which was featured in the movie Dirty Dancing.

According to Burke's family, he died of natural causes. Here's what they had to say about his death on his website:

"This is a time of great sorrow for our entire family. We truly appreciate all of the support and well wishes from his friends and fans. Although our hearts and lives will never be the same, his love, life and music will continue to live within us forever."

Burke leaves behind a gigantic family of 21 children, 90 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
