Kottonmouth Kings singer Brad Daddy X is recuperating after being stabbed in the neck.

The singer just recently underwent surgery, but says he "will be ok" and he's "just a little sore."

Brad didn't give details about why or where he was stabbed, but did say on his Facebook:

"I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I am a peaceful man by nature. Justice will be served."

Brad is currently at home recovering.

We hope you have a speedy recovery, buddy! And whoever did this to you should be behind bars!

Holy shiz! What on Earth?!

Paris Hilton's boyfriend, Cy Waits, was attacked today by a man outside of the Van Nuys courthouse, where the reality starlet was set to testify in the case regarding her home being broken into back in August!

According to sources on the scene, the couple was walking inside when the unidentified assailant "lunged" at Cy and grabbed him by the neck. Security quickly apprehended him, and he's currently detained by authorities!

Unbelievable! And so scary!

We wonder what set this crazy off?!

Here's hoping that Cy's okay, and that we'll get more details soon!

Stafon Johnson, a former USC running back is filing a lawsuit against USC over a weightlifting accident that almost killed him. He claims that the weightlifting coach recklessly hit the bench press bar, causing it to crush his neck.

Johnson says he was benching 275 pounds when the assistant strength coach, Jamie Yanchar, struck the bar that Johnson was lifting, causing it to slip out of his hands and onto his neck. The accident ended Johnson’s college career.

According to the suit filed, Yanchar's "negligent, careless and reckless" action in striking the bar "substantially increased the risk inherent in Mr. Johnson's bench pressing."

USC has since released a statement saying, "USC firmly believes it was not at fault in Stafon Johnson's unfortunate weightlifting accident. We are sorry that Stafon was injured."

Ugh, this is going to get ugly in court!
