This has certainly been a long time coming, but we're relieved to see that it's finally been resolved!

We were horrified to report back in August of 2010 that Samantha Ronson's pet bulldog, Cadillac, escaped from her West Hollywood apartment, only to maul and murder her neighbor's maltese Tiger!

After the incident, Cadillac was permanently banned from the area of El Lay, and Tiger's owner, Farnouche Kamran, sued the DJ, their apartment complex, and the landlord for $750,000…but now, it appears that both parties have managed to settle the incident outside of court!

Because if the El Lay County Sheriff's Department has it their way, the pop star will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, after allegedly spitting on his next-door neighbor!

We've already reported that the El Lay County District Attorney wants to see Biebs punished for what they consider to be a disgusting, vile crime, and now, we've caught wind that once investigators for the Sheriff have completed their assessment of the situation, they will be recommending that criminal battery charges be filed against him!

It turns out another of Justin Bieber’s neighbors may have been involved in questionable actions against the singer. According to an insider, the person in question had been threatening JB’s privacy in the attempts of taking and selling photographs of the star:
