Excellent! This won't be too painfully long a wait!

While one member of Mumford & Sons recently married an adorable and talented actress, that's apparently not stopping the band from getting their brand new album out, as they recently announced that their sophomore effort has a release date!

Apparently, while performing at the Pinkpop Festival in the Netherlands, frontman Marcus Mumford revealed that the new material has all been recorded, and Ben Lovett confirmed that it will be available on September 24th!

Yes! So excited for this!

Sigh No More was just so pretty, so we're curious to see if Miz Carey Mulligan has inspired any more beautiful tunes from these guys!

How about U?? Are U looking forward to the follow-up from Mumford & Sons?

Oh no!

Sad news for all you dope smokers out there.

A Dutch judge upheld his government's plan to introduce a "weed pass" to prevent foreigners from buying that sweet sweet chronic from coffee shops in the Netherlands.

The problem is that this will literally destroy Amsterdam's tourism industry. Eberhard van der Laan, the city's mayor, wants to work out a compromise.

A lawyer for coffee shop owners said he'd file an urgent appeal against the ruling.

Soon, if the plan goes into effect, as is planned next year, only Dutch residents will be able to join the coffee shops, which will be reclassified as private clubs.

Why would anyone want to do this?

Was it because foreigners kept O.D.ing on all the sticky icky?

Oh wait… that's impossible. Hmmm. Maybe they hated all the weird looking foreign money?

They say it's because Belgians and Germans cross the border, buy tons of legal weed, then smuggle it home and sell it for a profit.

How is that a Dutch problem?

What's good for all you pot fiends out there is that the coffee shops have said they actually plan to just totally disregard the new law.

They hope they get taken to court so they can see how the law will hold up in a real trial.

So, if you really want to go smoke some bud in Amsterdam you better go soon before the new law bans foreigners from blazing up or munching on some space cake.

A crazed fan running on the field. A player ejection. A entire team storms off the field afterward! Sports are wacky!

In Amsterdam, a game between two Dutch teams was interrupted by a fan tryinf to attack goalkeeper Esteban Alvarez.

Alvarez dodged the attacker and kicked him twice.

Then, the referee throw the GOALIE out of the game? WTF?

The ref gives Alvarez a red card and his teammates are almost as angry as he is! His coach, Gertjan Verbeek, instructs his team to leave the field.

Only 36 minutes of the 90 scheduled were played. The Dutch soccer federation is currently meeting to discuss whether the game should be replayed or not.

Ugh! This is awful!

Shortly after one international Major League Baseball player was rescued from a dangerous kidnapping experience in Venezuela, a Dutch player lost his life in the Netherlands.

Greg Halman, a Seattle Mariner outfielder with two seasons on the team under his belt, was stabbed to death on Monday.

Police arrested his 22-year-old brother whom they believe may be responsible, telling sources:

"He is under arrest and right now he is being questioned. It will take some time to figure out what exactly happened."

Such a shame! Our hearts go out to the Seattle Mariners and the Halman family as they deal with their unfortunate loss.
