The Nets might trade him to the Charlotte Bobcats in a sign-and-trade to help get a deal for
If Kanye West and Kim Kardashian thought that their newly-announced relationship would upset the reality starlet's soon-to-be-ex-husband, Kris Humphries, then they should get ready to be disappointed!
Because according to sources close to the basketball player, he is completely indifferent to the entire thing - even the digs that Yeezy takes at him in his single, Theraflu, about having Jay-Z kick him off the Nets!
Insiders have revealed that
In fact, a recent survey has found Kim Kardashian's soon-to-be-ex-husband is actually the LEAST popular player this year. He even beat out LeBron James, who became disliked by fans across the nation after leaving Cleveland for a championship shot with the Miami Heat.
In a Nielsen E-Poll Market Research survey, the 26-year-old came in first (really, last) with 50% of those surveyed as their least favorite player.
The former Laker, who was recently traded to the Dallas Mavericks, was ranked as the 10th least liked player on the survey.
Hmm…we see a connection here. Maybe it's not the players that basketball fans hate, but their wives! Ha!
At the end of the day though, Kris is still making $8 million for one season with the New Jersey Nets, so we don't feel too bad for him.

Kris Humphries just signed on with the New Jersey Nets for a contract worth about $8 million — and now he's speaking up about it!
No Kim talk here, just basketball:
"My outlets in life are God, family and basketball. I'm happy to have basketball back. I feel like I'm home, man. Look, if you ask any player who plays basketball, they all want a max contract with the longest terms possible. But I'm happy with the deal that I got, and I'm happy to be back here. I know that the team is moving in a new direction, and I'm just happy to be a part of that. Life just happens. I'm a positive thinker. In life I always look at the things that I can control, which is being ready and working on my game."
We hope that with all this divorce drama going on that he'll actually be able to play at the same level he has — it'd be a shame for the Nets to blow $8 million on someone who's way to distracted to perform.
Only time will tell, we guess!
Regardless of what happened — good luck, Kris!
