Catfish:The TV Show Has Its Craziest Episode Yet!

Filed under: TV NewsWacky, Tacky & TrueFacebook

Holy identity crisis!

We've heard some wacky stories about Catfish: The TV Show, but nothing like this!!!

In the docudrama reality series, Nev Schulman facilitates and documents people meeting for the first time after a long online romance and sometimes the person on the other end isn't exactly who they claim to be.

In this drama-filled episode, handsome Tyler falls in love with a young pretty college girl named Amanda, but Amanda turns out to look just a little different than the photos she posted on her Facebook.

In fact, Amanda isn't even a woman at all!

Amanda is Aaron, a gay man who admitted to using his blonde female online identity to talk to about 100 different men and even got kicked out of college for chatting with his RA as seductive Amanda!

So-Called Documentary Catfish Gets The Reality TV Treatment

Filed under: TV NewsMTVFilm FlickersFacebookReality TV

catfish reality series on its way

Last we heard about Catfish, the producers and distributors of the Sundance hit were being sued for illegally using a copyrighted song.

Now, things are looking up for the Catfish team, because MTV is currently developing a reality show based on the film.

Without giving anything away, the film version is about "New York photographer Nev Schulman [who] falls for a woman on Facebook, travels to Michigan to meet her, and is shocked to discover that she's not quite who she claims to be."

Should be inneresting to see how the show plays out.

Just remember, Catfish crew: Make sure you get all the music for your show legally! Ha!

Will U check out the Catfish-inspired reality series?
