Look out world, Chris Evans is relocating to a neighborhood near you!! But only if you live anywhere near Laurel Canyon in the Hollywood Hills area.

The hunky hottie, known to most as Captain America, has recently purchased a STUNNING home with an AH-MAZING view — we can’t even BEGIN to imagine what that must’ve cost!

Oh wait, we already know. It cost a measly $3.52 million. Guess it pays to be Captain!!

The dwelling is approximately 4,599 square feet. It contains three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, a panoramic view, an open kitchen, a pool, and oh-so many other wonderfully magical things that are best not described, but rather viewed in the pics below.

Earlier this week starlet Lauren Conrad bought herself a prime new pad in El Lay for $3.74 mil!!!

The 27-year-old reality starlet sunk her claws into a magnificent 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,300 sq. ft. Brentwood mansion!!!

We know what you're thinking — why couldn't she find a nice place in The Hills? LOLz!! We don't know!!

While Lauren certainly spent a lot of dough, we're sure she feels like she got the deal of the century after

Lena Dunham fulfilled a childhood dream of hers when she adopted a cute lil shelter dog.

She got the pooch from BARC, a Brooklyn area shelter, only hours before she walked the red carpet at the Girls season 2 premiere in New York City.

Apparently, her dog, Lamby, was having troubling adjusting to his new home, so he had to be put on Prozac.

We've heard whisperings that rock and roll's reigning couple Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne had been living separate lives for a while…

But it seems these rumors could really be LEGIT, as Sharon was spotted moving furniture and other personal items into a BRAND NEW Beverly Hills mansion over the weekend!!

AND all this MERE DAYS after Sharon was seen lunching it at the Ivy with her pup in arm… and NO wedding ring!

The Osbourne matriarch has reportedly been staying in a hotel for weeks while Ozzy has shacked up in their Beverly Hills home, but now that Sharon has seemingly secured herself a permanent residence, could this mean the big D (as in divorce) is just around the corner?!

Well, whatever happens, we're sure it'll be for the best! Sending supportive hearts to you both!

A bigger family needs bigger house Palace!

Most expecting couples try to find a place with a yard, or an extra room, but Prince William and Kate Middleton haves plans to raise England's future Monarch in slightly more spatular abode.

The knocked up couple have decided to ditch the quaint Welsh cottage for Kensington Palace after the baby is born.

Their new pad has just undergone a $1.5 million renovation, so it should be up to William's royal standards.

Of course, they won't be living in the whole palace! That would be silly!

No, K&P are just moving into "Apartment 1A": a four-story, 20-room flat that takes up an entire city block INSIDE the London landmark!

YERP!! Tis true oh Twihards!

It is rather interesting that all of a sudden the privacy loving pair are being seen getting cute all over hollywood a MONTH before their film's premiere…

But maybe they really are just trying to work on their fractured relationship, and are trying to go on dates and do what any normal couple does?

Well, technically the pop star's recently acquired crib was built back in 2010 — but we bet it feels new to her!!

Britney Spears closed the deal on a beautiful and spacious 8,500 sq ft. home in Thousand Oaks, CA and she only had to write a check for $8.5 mil!
