Earlier this year, a freelance photog named Chris Guerra was killed while crossing Sepulveda Blvd in LA in an attempt to capture a picture of what he believed was Justin Bieber sitting in a car.
The driver of the 2007 Toyota Highlander that struck Chris came forward, fully cooperated with the cops, and did NOT face charges…
But it seems there was a SECOND vehicle involved that came in contact with Guerra that did NOT stop, and Chris' family are asking for any and all information about the mystery car and driver!
