Everyone's shook now!

The governors of the states of New York and New Jersey have, along with the rest of the country, been pretty shaken up by the news that a doctor who took a night out in the town has a confirmed case of the Ebola virus.

We've previously reported about how Dr. Craig Spencer is being treated for the scary virus after he returned from Guinea where he volunteered to treat people sick with the virus.

Well, the rules are apparently about to change, and these two governors have ordered a mandatory quarantine for anyone who arrives in an airport who have had any contact with the virus in West Africa.

And that quarantine will last 21 days for anyone who has had contact with the virus — including medical personnel and just regular airline passengers.

Both NJ governor Chris Christie and NY governor Andrew Cuomo said they needed to make rules more strict than the advised guidelines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Here's what governor Cuomo said

teresa giudice joe marriage struggling not divorcing

We're not too surprised to hear this.

Considering how difficult it must be to be facing a jail sentence, any marriage would suffer when both parties are in that situation.

So we're sure Real Housewives of New Jersey fans have been expecting to hear Teresa and Joe Giudice's marriage is struggling.

Both are set to do jail time for their fraud convictions, with Tre going in at the beginning of next year for 15 months, while Joe will head in after her for 41 months.

Even though they have a little more time together before this all starts, it seems they aren't making the most of it. Instead, they seem to be falling apart as a source commented:

Teresa Giudice's Finally Doing The Right Thing & Paying Off Her Restitution, But Joe Isn't On The Same Page!

Teresa Giudice Pays Off Restitution

Looks like these two might not be working together to get back on the right track.

But, it's probably because they CAN'T work together, legally speaking.

Teresa Giudice had a serious wake up call when she was sentenced to jail time for fraud, but now she's taking steps to right her wrongs and has already paid off her restitution. While she and Joe Giudice owe over $400,000 together, Tre has already paid off her half of $200,000 to the federal government.

The U.S. Attorney's Office ordered them to pay separately and confirmed she's completed her part, and we're guessing Tre was able to do that easily thanks to Andy Cohen and her Watch What Happens Live interview despite the denials of a hefty payment!

Her attorney is claiming she got $150,000 from a contract advance (Bravo??) and $50,000 from a loan from a friend (Dina Manzo??).

Meanwhile, Juicy Joe

Teresa and Joe drop lawyers

Yikes.

Considering all they're going through, it might not be a bad idea for Teresa and Joe Giudice to have a lawyer on retainer.

But it sounds like the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars think it's best to dump their lawyers and move on. Although, when you think about how they've handled things in the past, it might be a good idea to have a little help handling everything.
