Kimora Lee Simmons thinks all celebrity "designers" should be kissing her and ex-Russell Simmons' feet because if it weren't for them, they wouldn't know how to create their own fashion empire.

Monday afternoon, Mandy Moore was spotted filming her new untitled television show in a sunny yellow dress.

Shooting with Grease's Stockard Channing, it looks like the 27-year-old actress channeled Zooey Deschanel for the quirky look.

While the show isn't set to premiere until later this year, we do know it's about the relationships we build with our families growing up versus the ones we make as adults.

Hmm… inneresting!!

We're sure if she keeps wearing clothes like that, the show will definitely bring in the hipster crowd!

And it's not with Bravo.

After hinting over the weekend that she has a new deal with MTV, Kelly Cutrone announced her PR company People's Revolution will be teaming up with the executive producers of Gossip Girl for a scripted fashion-based TV show.

MTV hasn't commented on the Kell on Earth star's new gig, but considering her history with the network we're sure they welcomed Kelly's new show with open arms.
