That's why they are reportedly launching a new division specifically geared towards the sub-genre!

Live Nation has taken notice of the fact that electronica and dance festivals, like the Electric Daisy Carnival and Monster Madness, have really started to take off. In an effort to keep with the times, the company is looking to expand their market and has plans to introduce Electronic Nation later this year. Here, fans of electronica will find listings and tickets for all their favorite festivals and connect with other fans.

The details of the new website/division are being kept very hush-hush, but we're on board just with the concept. It might lose electronica is "sub-genre" rep, but maybe its about time for it to rise above!

How does Electronic Nation sound to U?

Lauren Conrad is quite the chameleon.

The business savvy reality star, turned author, turned designer is expanding her brand once again by launching a beauty website called The Beauty Department.

She told Allure:

"The site will offer beauty tips: how to do the hottest runway tricks. How to wear purple eyeliner. How to do beach curls. The idea is to eventually roll out a cosmetics and hair line."

No official launch date has been announced, but we think it's a smart and logical move.

New Yorkers may soon have to face reality: there's no escaping Walmart.

On Wednesday the City Council will hold a hearing about the mega-retailer's hopes of adding a new location in the city, but because Walmart officials are boycotting the event, they launched a website.

With the new site, WalmartNYC.com, Walmart hopes to show NYC residents they're both wanted and needed in New York City.

Walmart is also releasing an ad campaign because they feel "singled out by local, union-backed politicians, even though other non-union retailers such as Target, and Costco have had stores here for years".

Think it'll work???
